Mondelēz International is offering a Manufacturing-Process Engineer Intern program in the United States. The internship provides hands-on experience on the production floor, working with site engineering, operations, and production teams to improve efficiency, reliability, and overall performance of manufacturing processes.

You will engage in process optimization, loss analysis, waste reduction, equipment performance, and production efficiency, with opportunities to lead or participate in Kaizen

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support process optimization projects on the production floor.
• Attend production and control meetings and update process maps.
• Lead or participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with site teams across engineering, operations, maintenance, and quality.
