Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Anticipated graduation date between Winter 2026 and Spring 2028.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply the Ralliant Business System lean methods to support continuous improvement events.
• Assist with standard work development including time studies and line balancing.
• Collect, organize, and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Help design or improve fixtures, tooling, gauges, workstations, and material flow solutions.
• Create or update layouts, bills of material, and technical documentation.
