• Strong leadership, communication, adaptability, and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience on the production floor improving efficiency.
• Collaborate with site engineering, operations and production teams.
• Analyze data to identify downtime or material loss and implement solutions.
• Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
