Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Industrial Engineering (preferred), Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations and related fields.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
• US work authorization without sponsorship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with site engineering, operations and production teams to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Spend time on the production floor, observing operations and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support process optimization, data analysis and documentation for standard work.
