Job summary

Mondelēz International offers a Manufacturing - Process Engineer Intern role across multiple U.S. locations, including Twin Falls, ID. This internship provides hands-on work on the production floor with site teams to improve efficiency and reliability.

You will gain exposure to process optimization, Kaizen events, and TPM/Lean Six Sigma methodologies while contributing to real projects. Housing and travel support are included with potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Graduation date between Dec 2027 and May 2029 is preferred.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Work on the production floor with site engineering, operations and production teams to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Support projects in process optimization, loss analysis, waste reduction, and equipment performance; analyze data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead or participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, WCM, and TPM.
• Update process maps, evaluate production or packaging processes, and help update SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, maintenance and quality teams to grow hands-on process engineering experience.
