Actalent is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III for Bloomington, IL. The role emphasizes applying engineering principles to optimize time, motion, methods, and workflow on the shop floor and in the lab, with hands-on machine shop and prototype involvement.

Responsibilities include developing standard production rates, validating processes, and ensuring quality and reliability. Strong CAD and blueprint skills, plus cross-functional collaboration, are essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing process improvement and validation.
• Machine shop floor experience with direct involvement in production operations.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
• Experience with CAD and related engineering software.

• Apply innovative thinking to resolve manufacturing challenges and improve performance.
• Collaborate across functions as a detail-oriented, reliable team member.
