Actalent is seeking a proactive Manufacturing Engineer to lead daily operations in the service department and drive productivity and quality across processes. The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering managers, process development, and hands-on manufacturing tasks to support operational goals.

The position is in Dakota Dunes, SD, onsite, with some travel. A Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent experience is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
