Regal Rexnord in West Chester, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to lead process improvements in the machine shop and assembly production lines. You will own the process flow, standard work, and the design/validation of new tools and fixtures, ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient manufacturing.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, with Lean and ISO/QS familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years manufacturing engineering experience.
• Lean manufacturing / problem solving experience preferred.
• QS and ISO requirements experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvements in machine shop and assembly lines.
• Own process documentation and standard work.
• Design and validate new tools, fixtures, and machines.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement countermeasures.
• Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve defects.
