Job summary

Under minimal supervision, you will apply lean and Six Sigma methods, perform RCCA on defects, and coordinate tooling changes with engineering to meet production goals. Entry-level, with a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering required.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop math.
• Experience with CATIA and data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain detailed work instructions to meet operations goals.
• Perform RCCA analysis on quality defects.
• Define equipment/tooling needs and implement manufacturing methods.
• Lead projects to improve processes across organizations.
• Support safety, sustainability and ergonomic initiatives.
