Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, aviation sciences, quality systems or related technical field required.
• 2 years quality assurance/control, manufacturing operations and/or military operations experience required.
• Aerospace industry experience preferred.
• ASQ CQE certification and/or experience as a FAA recognized airworthiness designee highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support internal audits and RCCA activities.
• Collect and analyze quality-related data and develop inspection metrics and performance reports.
• Lead audits and improvement workshops.
• Determine root cause and corrective action using the 8D methodology.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and promote safe, conforming products.
