Job summary

Familiarity with CATIA and engineering best practices is required for this entry-level position. You will work under minimal supervision to analyze operations, develop work instructions, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field required.
• Entry level position with knowledge of engineering configuration requirements, tooling, quality control, plant safety, blueprint reading, and shop math.
• Ability to operate computer systems, including CATIA.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain detailed work instructions; drive quality and efficiency improvements; manage daily work plan; coordinate engineering and tooling changes.
• Perform RCCA analysis on quality defects and aim for first-pass quality.
• Define equipment/tooling needs and implement manufacturing methods to optimize production processes.
