Responsibilities

Provide and maintain detailed work instructions; drive quality and efficiency improvements; manage daily work plan; track metrics.
Perform RCCA analysis on quality defects with first-time quality in mind.
Analyze operations to optimize production; define equipment/tooling needs and methods.
Assist in make-or-buy decisions; evaluate vendors; help resolve vendor issues.
Conduct planning research/analyses to meet requirements and justify improvements.
Lead projects across organizations to achieve process improvements; apply Lean and Six Sigma principles.
Support safety, sustainability and ergonomic initiatives; contribute to Business Continuity planning.
