The ideal candidate will have CAD proficiency, experience with drawings and fixtures, and a strong foundation in manufacturing methods and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or electrical related field.
• Proficiency with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and fabrication drawings.
• Experience documenting processes and working with cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Assist with developing a continuous improvement culture and quality enhancements.
• Support process improvement initiatives and new production methods.
• Develop work instructions and process prints for standard work.
• Coordinate with project teams on NPD and cost-effective manufacturing.
• Provide sustaining engineering support for shop floor issues.
• Ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
