Flexcraft is hiring experienced Process Technicians to operate injection and blow molding machines, perform mold changes and process adjustments. You will monitor production, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure quality while maintaining clean work areas.

This role offers a 2-2-3 schedule with built-in time off and a $3/hr night shift differential, ideal for skilled plastics professionals seeking steady growth.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machines and keep production running efficiently.
• Perform mold changes, startups, and process adjustments.
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and process issues.
• Catch problems early and correct them before they escape.
• Work with Quality to verify product specs.
• Complete documentation and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Support and mentor less experienced team members.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Injection molding & blow molding machines
• Mold changes, startups, and process adjustments
• Auxiliary equipment (material handling, grinders, etc.)
• Quality measurement and process control
