Job summary

Cortland Plastics International is seeking an experienced Extrusion Blow Molding Process Technician to establish and maintain process control across our blow-molding operations in Cortland, NY.

You will set up equipment for changeovers, monitor processing parameters, perform quality inspections, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement with QA and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of extrusion blow molding experience.
• Experience with BEKUM, Automa, Rocheleau or similar machines.
• Knowledge of process control and troubleshooting; understanding of dimensional and visual quality requirements.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
