Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Experience in an electronic devices manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced dynamic environment; communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
• Ability to think logically and critically to weigh options for efficient production.
• High motivation and desire to help customers and our company succeed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to maintain product functionality and cost efficiency.
• Analyze operations and manufacturing processes and drive for continueus improvement.
• Evaluate and implement equipment/tools/fixtures/automations to aid in the manufacturing process.
• Design and improve production layout.
• Estimate and improve standard manufacturing processing time for production planning and cost estimation.
• Ensure project/department milestones/goals are met.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues.
• Perform all other duties, as assigned.
