Job summary

Molex ADS is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for high‑quality electronic assemblies. You will partner across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to implement innovative solutions that improve safety, quality, productivity and cost performance.

Role spans NPI through full‑scale production. You will join a collaborative team focused on supporting electronics assembly operations.

Qualifications

Bachelors in an engineering discipline with manufacturing focus.
Experience supporting manufacturing, process engineering, or continuous improvement initiatives in production.
Knowledge of process development, root cause analysis, and optimization methodologies.
Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Drive manufacturing process improvements to boost quality and throughput.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and ensure readiness.
Lead continuous improvement to reduce waste and costs.
Address production challenges with sustainable solutions.
Support new technologies, equipment, and automation deployment.
Use data to identify trends and resolve recurring issues.
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and controls.
