Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support development, optimization, and continuous improvement of semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will work with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to improve yield, product quality, and efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, problem solving, and ensuring readiness for new products, process transfers, and scale-up activities in a cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years of related experience in manufacturing/process/operations engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Operations, Quality, Test, and Product Engineering to address challenges.
• Contribute to process qualification, validation, and production readiness for new/existing products.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing docs, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Assist with risk assessment and mitigation for product/process implementation.
• Support NPI, process transfers, and scale-up activities.
• Troubleshoot and drive corrective/preventive actions.
