Job summary

Creation Technologies in Everett, WA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive mid to senior-level process development for CCAs and box assemblies. You will translate customer requirements into efficient manufacturing methods, document control, and BOM management, while supporting NPI and ECO processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with electronics focus.
Up to 7 years of electronics manufacturing experience.
Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and drawings.
Knowledge of ISO9001/13485 or AS9100 quality standards.
Experience with New Product Introduction and project execution.

Responsibilities

Execute MFG engineering tasks with management support.
Manage BOM, document control, and routing for NPI/ECO processes.
Create assembly documents and CAM files (CAM350/Factory Logix).
Develop Process Plans and Procurement specs documentation.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
Provide training and technical support to manufacturing staff.
Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions.
