Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Process Engineer III with a strong background in plastics and injection molding to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in optimizing production processes, leading capital projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support process development and optimization for plastic injection molding operations.

• Drive capital improvement projects from concept through implementation, ensuring cost, quality, and timeline targets are met.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Maintenance, and Product Development.

• Analyze manufacturing data to identify areas of improvement in cycle times, scrap reduction, and efficiency.

• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis of process-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all process activities.

• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for process improvements and equipment changes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

• Must have a strong background in plastics and injection molding.

• Proven experience managing and executing capital projects in a manufacturing setting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
