Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of personnel; enforce policies and GMP guidelines.
• Set up lines and deploy staff to meet production targets.
• Back-up for assigned area and absorb absences.
• Record data and create departmental reports; share with team.
• Train and cross-train employees in processes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Participate in process improvements and monitor metrics.
• Attend departmental meetings; support safety initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to meet objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
