You will develop dashboards, track corrective actions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to reduce cycle times and boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or manufacturing operations.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics against targets.
• Record and analyze disruptions, incidents, and deviations affecting output.
• Track resolution activities and assess effectiveness including turnaround times.
• Identify recurring trends and root causes; translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Develop, implement, and track corrective and preventive actions with dashboards.
