Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in New York is seeking an Operations Analyst to support plant operations through reporting, analysis, and cross-functional coordination. You will develop metrics on labor utilization, WIP, variances, equipment use, and inventory trends to drive performance.

You will partner with IT to maintain ERP/MRP reporting tools (Oracle OBI, APEX, BlitzReports), assist capacity planning and production scheduling, and contribute to cost analysis and month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 5 years of manufacturing/industrial experience.
• Experience with ERP / MRP systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across organization levels.

Responsibilities

• Support plant operations through integrated reporting, analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop and manage plant-level metrics including labor utilization, WIP tracking, variances, equipment utilization, inventory trends, and resource reporting.
• Support capacity planning, resource loading, and production scheduling analysis; maintain MRP forecast processes.
