Equiliem is seeking an Operations Performance Analyst in Syracuse, NY. The role focuses on developing data-driven tools and analytics to enhance manufacturing performance across the network.

You will analyze capacity, production, backlog, and supply chain data to drive actionable recommendations and measurable business results. You will partner with plant leadership and multiple functions to translate complex data into insights, build dashboards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years in manufacturing or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with capacity and throughput analysis.
• Power BI and data visualization experience.
• SAP data extraction and analysis preferred.
• SQL, Excel, and BI tools familiarity.
• Experience with Minitab or equivalent statistical software.
• Knowledge of production planning and backlog management.

Responsabilités

• Develop analytical tools to evaluate capacity, bottlenecks, and resource use.
• Create standardized production targets based on labor and constraints.
• Build capacity plans aligned with demand and objectives.
• Analyze demand, inventory, and order data to identify root causes affecting service.
• Develop dashboards and performance tools to improve service levels and backlog.
• Monitor KPIs and drive on-time delivery improvements.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and scorecards with Power BI.
• Automate manual reporting and improve data access.
• Standardize metrics and performance measurement across locations.
• Create predictive models to support capacity and production planning.
• Support SAP data integration within reporting tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and quality.
• Apply statistical analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support CI initiatives through data analysis and tracking.
• Translate data into insights for leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Materials, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, CI teams.
• Support a culture of accountability and data-driven decisions.
• Manage special analytics projects as assigned.
