Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and drive operational excellence across our manufacturing operations in Bayshore, NY.

The role combines hands-on floor work with leadership on process improvements, new product introductions, and SAP ERP implementation. You will develop manufacturing plans, routings, work instructions, and production documentation for new products, validate BOMs and master data, lead cross-functional testing, and mentor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• Experience in sheet metal manufacturing: stamping, forming, rolling, cutting, assembly.
• Experience supporting or leading SAP ERP manufacturing implementations.
• Quality assurance and root cause analysis experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
• Provide engineering support for sheet metal fabrication: stamping, roll forming, press operations, cutting, assembly, machine shop.
• Evaluate and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, tooling enhancements, and workflow optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve throughput.
• Lead SAP ERP implementation projects and validate manufacturing master data (BOMs, routings, work centers).
