Job summary

Our client, an engineering and manufacturing organization, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer I to join their team in Hutchinson, Minnesota. You will support manufacturing operations by gathering data, reviewing processes, and planning trials to improve performance.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work with moderate direction, and clear communication in meetings. On-site schedule is 32 hours per week, with Mon–Thu days and possible Fridays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with some experience applying the listed skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Excel and Word.
• Comfortable speaking in groups and participating in meetings.

Schedule & On‑Site Requirements: 32 hours per week. Selected individual must work on site. Days of the week will be Monday through Thursday, but some Fridays may be required based on needs. Flexibility in hours and days is based on a case-by‑case basis. Start date: 12/01/2026. Estimated end date: 05/28/2027. Hours per day: 8.00. Days per week: 4.00. Part Time or Full Time: Part Time.
