Job summary

Contour Windows in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance in the manufacturing facility. This on-site role coordinates repairs, schedules preventive maintenance, assigns work orders, and ensures equipment runs safely and efficiently.

You will manage a maintenance team, provide training, monitor performance, maintain records, and support safety and compliance initiatives while collaborating with production leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Strong supervisory and team leadership abilities; experience in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Experience with preventive maintenance scheduling, inspection, and documentation.
• Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix equipment issues.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards; CMMS familiarity.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics; clear cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance activities in the manufacturing facility.
