Job summary

Role Description

The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Auburn Hills, MI, responsible for overseeing maintenance activities within the manufacturing facility. This role coordinates daily maintenance and repair tasks, assigns work orders, and ensures equipment and systems are operating safely and efficiently. The Maintenance Supervisor leads a maintenance team, provides guidance and training, and monitors performance to support continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include scheduling and performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinating repairs with internal teams and external vendors. The role also involves managing maintenance records, supporting safety and compliance initiatives, monitoring inventory of tools and spare parts, and communicating operational updates to production leadership.
