Job summary

Electronic Power Design, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Planning Clerk to support production through document control, wiretag management, production packet preparation, and planning administration.

You will serve as a liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Planning, ensuring critical manufacturing information is accurate, properly controlled, and readily available to production teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing support, document control, planning, or administrative operations preferred.
• Experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and document management systems.
• Strong organizational and document control skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and distribute production documentation including job travelers, BOMs, engineering drawings, checklists, and manufacturing packets.
• Ensure all documentation reflects latest revisions and engineering updates.
• Maintain document control logs and filing systems for manufacturing records.
• Organize and archive completed job packets and production documentation.
• Ensure controlled documents are distributed accurately and removed after project completion.
• Create, update, and maintain wiretag files using Microsoft Excel; track revisions.
