Electronic Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Planning Data Clerk to support ERP data management, BOM validation, and work order processing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, process governance, and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Planning teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing planning or ERP administration, with strong Excel skills and experience using Global Shop Solutions (GSS).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing planning or ERP administration.
• Experience with ERP systems; Global Shop Solutions (GSS) experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business software applications.
• Ability to manage large volumes of information while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• ERP Data Integrity & System Administration: Create, maintain, and update routers, labor steps, and routing structures in Global Shop Solutions (GSS).
• Work Order Management & Scheduling Support: Create and process fabrication and manufacturing work orders across multiple product lines; support master schedule updates.
• Manufacturing Transaction Compliance: Audit labor reporting, material issuing, and work order transactions; ensure accuracy before shipment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Planning to resolve discrepancies and drive improvements.
• Process Improvement & Compliance: Support ERP compliance initiatives; monitor trends and recommend improvements.
