Job summary

Chesterton in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Planner & Customer Support Specialist for FluidEfficiency’s Service Center. You will manage all new and existing repair orders and provide accurate estimates to drive the sales order process.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, CST, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and strong customer communication. A CPIM or related certification and a bachelor’s degree are preferred, with 4–6 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required. CPIM certificate is strongly preferred.
• 4-6 years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and enter project quotes and sales orders using D365 F&O.
• Develop detailed Work‑Scope and Quote for customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Prepare management reports and participate in cross-functional meetings.
