Job summary

A.W. Chesterton Company is seeking an on-site Planner & Customer Support Specialist for FluidEfficiency’s Service Center in Houston. You will manage new and existing repair orders and customer requirements, and initiate the Sales Order Process to ensure accurate estimates and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales, CST, and internal teams, preparing detailed quotes, and maintaining project documentation with ERP systems. CPIM-certified candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPIM certificate strongly preferred.
• 4–6 years of job-related experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and enter all new and incoming project quotes and sales orders using D365 F&O.
• Develop detailed Work Scope and Quote to be submitted to customer.
• Support quotes by utilizing cost estimate sheets, project planner sheet and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Prepare and provide various reports for management and participate in cross-functional meetings.
