Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation in Holyoke, MA, seeks a Group Performance Leader to drive on-time production scheduling, lead the production teams across shifts, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met. You will manage Team Performance Leads, collaborate with maintenance and support groups, implement continuous improvement strategies, and align operations with the Global Supply Chain's goals.

A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, Business, or Operations.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing/operational leadership experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on understanding of industrial equipment and systems.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with PSM, safety and regulatory standards, and monthly safety reviews.

Responsibilities

• Drives daily performance of production teams across shifts with focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Manages Team Performance Leads and production staff, coaching and developing talent.
• Optimizes output, reduces costs, and coordinates with Maintenance for planned activities.
• Directs operations and production activities aligning with Global Supply Chain's plan and strategic goals.
• Supports problem solving on safety, quality, and performance and facilitates continuous improvement.
