Job summary

Sealed Air is looking for a Performance Improvement Leader in Simpsonville to lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing. The ideal candidate will develop expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, coach cross-functional teams, and drive employee engagement through mentoring.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in manufacturing or operations. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or continuous improvement experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies; Greenbelt preferred.
• Experience leading projects, teams, and/or continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in lean and Six Sigma methodologies through training and hands-on project work.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to identify improvement opportunities.
