Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for all manufacturing employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates or deductions.
• Calculate and submit payroll taxes, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Reconcile payroll data with general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Administer and process employee benefits deductions, such as health insurance and 401k contributions.
• Prepare and distribute W-2 forms and other year-end payroll reports.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
