DIS-TRAN Steel in Pineville, LA is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple cross-functional OT and IT programs, ensuring on-time delivery, scope alignment, and value to operations.

You will partner with operations, engineering, production, quality, and supply chain to drive process improvements, improve efficiency, and support production goals.

This role emphasizes leadership, risk and performance management, and a commitment to safety and continuous learning.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, IT, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of program- or project-management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OT/IT within manufacturing and operations workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage multiple manufacturing OT and business IT programs from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and leadership.
• Develop schedules, budgets, resource plans, and roadmaps; maintain program documentation.
• Monitor performance, risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations and leadership to align programs with business objectives.
