Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, IT, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of program- or project-management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OT/IT within manufacturing and operations workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple manufacturing OT and business IT programs from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and leadership.
• Develop schedules, budgets, resource plans, and roadmaps; maintain program documentation.
• Monitor performance, risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations and leadership to align programs with business objectives.
