Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of work within/between departments according to production schedules.
• Review the MRP system to align customer order due dates with delivery requirements.
• Verify customer purchase orders against internal work orders and ensure flow-down of processes.
• Provide continuous updates to customers on order status within 4 hours.
• Coordinate with production to obtain ETDs for orders and prepare orders for shipment.
• Develop daily reports on orders and communicate with production.
• Other duties as assigned.
