Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Disciplines.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking with ability to execute with minimal instruction.
  • Strong analytic skills and data mining proficiency.
  • Excel and manual data analysis excellence.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible status as defined in the job posting.

Responsibilities

  • Production System Execution to drive stable, repeatable success.
  • Lead Kaizen Improvement Workshops and critical training sessions.
  • Direct manufacturing projects for cross-functional teams.
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and related methods.
  • Optimize operations planning, capacity and budgets.
  • Provide production scheduling and cost/price evaluations.
  • Support integrated systems analysis and value stream mapping.
