Allesco Industries, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support manufacturing across our locations. You will help production, warehouse, receiving, shipping and purchasing coordinate to keep materials flowing and orders on schedule.

You will maintain ERP data accuracy and generate reports to track performance and delivery timelines. The role requires a manufacturing mindset, 2+ years of operations experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• Manufacturing background and understanding of production flow.
• 2+ years of operations experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel with tables and lookups.
• Analytical mindset with emphasis on deadlines.
• Able to work across departments and communicate effectively.

Aufgaben

• Support daily production priorities across production, warehouse, shipping, and purchasing.
• Track material shortages, open work orders, late POs, and deadlines to keep line moving.
• Keep ERP data accurate and ensure inventory counts and order status are correct.
• Report on operations with standard manufacturing reports and performance analytics.
• Create and maintain Excel reports that integrate production, inventory and shipping data.
• Coordinate with plants to close open items and keep records current.
• Support cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies between system and floor.
• Maintain SOPs, production logs and other operational records.
