Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to start, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing equipment safely. Three operator levels (I, II, III) will be filled based on experience, ability to troubleshoot, and independence in solving machine issues to sustain efficient production cycles.

The operator will run production equipment including industrial blenders, follow the production schedule, ensure quality, and maintain accurate records. Training provided; no formal education required.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• No prior experience or training.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely according to the established production schedule.
• Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
• Ensure product meets tolerances and specifications.
• Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
• Read and follow work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and records of production data.
• Report malfunctions to a supervisor and support maintenance.
