Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Production Operator to start, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing equipment in a safe manner. The role includes handling blenders, following work orders, and maintaining quality and paperwork on the plant floor.

There are three operator levels; placement depends on experience, ability to troubleshoot, and independence. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to ISO procedures.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• No prior experience or training.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Start, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing equipment safely.
• Meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
• Ensure product meets tolerances and quality specifications.
• Complete and maintain production paperwork and logs.
• Report malfunctions and participate in routine maintenance.
