Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to start, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing equipment on the plant floor. Three operator levels (I, II, III) are available based on experience, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The role involves following standard work, meeting output targets, ensuring product quality, maintaining records, and cross-training on related functions as business needs dictate. A strong team orientation and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot assigned machinery on the plant floor.

• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with setup of off-line and secondary equipment when needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
