Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to start, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing equipment on the plant floor. Three levels exist (I, II, III) based on experience and ability to troubleshoot efficiently, ensuring smooth cycles and minimal downtime.

The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and teamwork within a dynamic production environment. Training and cross-functional coverage may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Experience levels: Operator I/II/III with increasing years.
• Prior manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot assigned machinery safely.
• Meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
• Ensure products meet tolerances and specifications.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and machine area cleanliness.
• Cross-train on other production functions as needed.
