Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to start, troubleshoot, and safely operate manufacturing equipment on the plant floor in Columbus, GA.

There are three operator levels; the final level will be determined by experience and ability to troubleshoot and maintain efficient cycles with minimal downtime.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and accurate paperwork, with opportunities to work across shifts and participate in continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• No prior experience or training.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in line with the schedule.
• Maintain accurate production paperwork.
• Inspect equipment and materials for defects.
• Ensure product meets tolerances and quality standards.
