Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group in Columbus, GA is seeking a Production Operator to start, troubleshoot, and safely operate manufacturing equipment. Three levels (I, II, III) will be assigned based on experience and ability to independently solve machine issues, ensuring efficient cycles and minimal downtime.

The operator will run production equipment including industrial blenders in alignment with the established schedule, ensure quality and safety standards, and document production data as

• Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned machine(s) following standard work procedures.
• Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
• Ensure product meets tolerances and specifications.
• Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
• Record operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
• Report malfunctions to a supervisor and participate in routine maintenance.
