Northfield, Minn. is home to two Post Consumer Brands manufacturing plants, the Campbell Mill and Ames Mill, two distribution centers, and more than 750 team members. The Campbell Mill plant is 1 million square feet and is home to 7 manufacturing technologies to produce a wide variety of cereal products our customers know and love. Northfield is a town steeped in history, featuring two colleges and the original Ames Mill where the Malt-O-Meal Company got its start.
Post Consumer Brands has an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who work well in a collaborative team setting, possess skills performing mechanical tasks utilizing basic hand tools, and have strong attention to detail. This full-time position is responsible for operating and monitoring the equipment on our packaging production lines. Our packaging team members operate equipment that packages our cereal in boxes and bags you see on store shelves!
In this position, you will ensure that the line is running correctly while adhering to quality and safety standards. We are currently looking to fill several positions at our Northfield Manufacturing Campus.

Work Schedule: *Night Shift* 12-hour shifts beginning at 4, 4:30, or 5 pm (depending on business unit) following a 2-2-3 schedule (Week one: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on. Week two: 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off) resulting in built-in overtime pay and having every-other weekend off-work.
Pay Rate: $25.50/hour + $2/hour shift differential in recognition of night shift
