Job summary

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum two years' experience in production or mechanical troubleshooting.
• Current associates must meet Operator Career Path requirements.
• Computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, data entry.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment at assigned stations.
• Perform cleaning, changeover and setup within required timeframes.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform minor repairs.
• Monitor materials and supplies to prevent slowdowns or waste.
• Maintain accurate production batch records and ERP/SAP entries.
• Ensure training compliance and participate in operator career development.
• Develop capability to operate across three distinct work centers.
