Job summary

Haleon Lincoln, NE, is seeking a manufacturing operator to run equipment, perform setup and minor repairs, and ensure GMP-compliant record keeping. You will monitor materials, support maintenance, and help maintain production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Basic qualifications include a high school diploma and 2+ years in production or mechanical troubleshooting. Prior cGMP experience is a plus; familiarity with SAP/PAS-X helps you succeed.

Qualifications

• Two years’ production, mechanical troubleshooting, or related field experience.
• Experience with cGMP documentation preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to meet safety and production targets.
• Perform setup, changeover, adjustments, and basic repairs during runs.
• Record batch data and ensure accurate GMP documentation.
• Monitor materials, optimize waste, and support preventive maintenance.
