Job summary

Haleon plc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to run and maintain equipment across multiple work centers at our St. Louis site. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and production targets with strict adherence to GMP and standard work.

You will document production batch records and participate in training to advance along the Operator Career Path, supporting three distinct work centers as needed. Onsite shift patterns apply, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in production, mechanical troubleshooting, or related field.
• Current associates must meet requirements from Operator Career Path Job Ladder.
• Computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment at assigned work stations and meet safety/quality targets.
• Perform cleaning, change-over and setup of equipment per GMPs and SOPs.
• Conduct basic equipment adjustments and minor repairs during production runs; coordinate maintenance.
