Job summary

Haleon plc in St. Louis, MO is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to operate a variety of machinery and produce quality products. You will follow GMP, safety policies, and SOPs while maintaining equipment and documenting batch records.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 1–5 years in production; preferred technical degree or certification. Shift is Sunday to Tuesday, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM onsite with a comprehensive benefits program and potential incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1–5 years experience in a production environment.
• Familiarity with GMP and safety policies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot a variety of machinery.
• Perform line changeovers, cleaning, disassembly and lubrication of line equipment.
• Support line performance and preventive maintenance to sustain line efficiency.
• Follow SOPs, change control/validation, and GMP compliance.
